Ultimate Transformation Day 10
I woke up feeling like crap today!! I was sore and my throat hurt. But I got up and got the kids ready for school. While up I made my breakfast, I put 8 oz. of skim milk, 2 scoops of Lean, half a banana, and a xypstix in a blender and I have to say... It was awesome!!! I also took 2 Axion and by the time the kids went to school I felt great! So I hit the gym. I tried to take it easy but I felt too good not to push it.
Came home and had a snack of a hand full of wheat crackers and dipped them in Hummus. Not bad!
My lunch was half a cup of black beans, half a cup of brown rice, 3 oz. of baked chicken, and 2 tbsp. of salsa. All mixed together. That was great!! Oh, and before I had 2 Cheat +.
My afternoon snack was a hand full of almonds.
Around then the sore throat came back and when I cough my abs are killing me. LOL. So I think tonight I will have soup for dinner.
Tomorrow I will take a day off and pick up on Thursday with day 11.
At the gym I worked back, core, and 30 min cardio. ( I don't know if you guys want me to go into detail of my workouts. They are the same recommended to everyone doing this program.)

Ultimate Transformation Day 9
So today I start a whole new part of this adventure, the gym!
I still woke up weighed and measured. In the last 8 days I have lost 5 lbs. and 6 inches!!!
Took a Xyng and waited to eat.
Breakfast was a bowl of steel cut oats with a scoop of Lean and a half a banana in it. It was very good!
Took a shot of SFGB and an Axion.
Went to the Gym. It went better then I thought. Now just have to wait and see how I feel tomorrow. LOL.
When I came home had a cup of low fat cottage cheese with a half a cup of cut up strawberries in it. I'm not a fan of cottage cheese. :/ After I took an Accelerate.
For lunch I had a bowl of tuna mixed with greek yogurt. I was very surprised at how good this was.
Afternoon snack was a glass of skim milk and 2 scoops of Lean.
For dinner I had a small piece of baked chicken, a half a cup of black beans, and mixed veggies. :)
Before bed I will take 2 Flush with warm water.

Ultimate Transformation Day 8!
Today is the last day I do the Ignite diet. I will continue to take the products but follow a different diet plan and work out plan for the next 21 days. I am excited and scared for tomorrow. I have not been to the gym in over a year. And I have to do all of this by myself. If I was not blogging this adventure I don't know if I could stick to it to a "T" by myself. LOL.

Breakfast was a glass of Lean with coffee, a shot of global blend, and an Axion.

Still not drinking enough water but I am happy with how much I am drinking. Also, super happy about not craving things. I don't want candy or soda. With little kids and all there sugary things around the house, it's good to know I have the will-power to say no thank you. :-)

Tomorrow is my last day!!!
Woke up weighed and measured. Still no change. :)
Took a Xyng.
For breakfast today I cooked up some oatmeal and just added my Lean to it. Had a shot of SFGB and an Axion.
No snack.
Lunch ( we were all over today and not at home so I broke down) I went to subway. I stayed in my calorie count and had it put on wheat. I had taken my Cheat + about 30 minutes before eating. No sides and just had water to drink. I took 2 Accelerate after.

For Dinner today I had a small piece of grilled steak and a small portion of mixed vegetables.
Before bed I will take 2 Flush with warm water.
So I said I would talk about my dad. My dad battles chronic pain from an injury he got as a child. He has a bad back, shoulder, and leg. He also has a chronic infection in his bones. Last summer his pain had gotten so bad that he never left the house without his cane. He used the motorized wheelchairs at the stores. When I started selling Xyngular, my family was not sure about it. I printed off a lot papers and tried to talk to them about him trying some if it. Ultimate Transformation Day 6
I'm getting closer! Just tomorrow and Sunday and I am onto the work out part! I'm getting more and more excited for that part of this adventure!
Woke up and weighed and measured. Nothing changed from yesterday but I'm not worried about it.
Took a Xyng with a full glass of water. Waited about an hour.
Breakfast was a glass of Lean with Coffee. A shot of Super Fruit Global Blend and an Axion.
Morning snack I had a small piece of grilled chicken (still had some left over from last night).
Lunch was a glass of Lean. Yesterday I went to the store and bought some baking chocolate (powder), it is all nature and unsweetened. I added a little to my Lean today. It was amaXYNG!!
Then took 2 Accelerate.
Afternoon snack I had a hand full of dry roasted peanuts.
Dinner was another glass of Lean. (dinner was harder today, I sat with my family for a few minutes and then I had to go to another room. I wanted to eat what they had, lol).
Before bed I will take 2 Flush with warm water.
Yesterday went fast. I recently started another home based job. So I am still getting use to balancing 2 at home jobs (Xyngular and A Lot Of Love And A Little Yarn) plus get the kids to everywhere they need to be AND take care of the house hold. LOL. It's been fun trying to get the hang of it.
I still am not drinking all the water I need. I'm not too far off. I'm only about 12 oz. off everyday. I'm working on trying to drink more. Eating days are so exciting but when you get yourself use to getting full on a little shake for breakfast, lunch and dinner, eating a meal is a little hard. I'm finding it hard to snack between meals because I am not hungry at all. I'll get there. :)
Ok. I said I would talk about my insomnia today. In the fall of 2010 my husband got a new job and started working nights. We have lived together since I was 18 and hardly ever spent a night apart. It was a hard blow and I was not use to it. The first week of him gone I did not sleep at ALL. By Thursday I was having a breakdown. I couldn't stop crying and I had no idea what was going on. I ended up taking a tone of sleeping pills the next few weeks just so I could get threw the nights. When I finally had enough of that I just would sit up at night. Xyng was the only thing that got me threw the days. Then in the summer of 2012 I found Ignite. After my first round I noticed that I was really tired around 9pm. I could put the kids to bed and go to bed myself. Then I noticed that I didn't need the alarm clock. I woke up before it, wide awake and with energy to start my day. It was great! It was like my body just needed a restart button and Ignite did it for me!!
In July it will be my one year of Ignite. This is my first 8 day cycle. I have done 4, 7 day cycles and a few 2 day cycles. The 7 days are a great jump start. And the 2 days are a great reboot.
Sorry, I'm rambling. Ignite has changed my life in more than one way. I have lost 25 lbs. and over 20 inches all over my body in about 9 months. I have not changed my eating habits (to much, we still eat out but not as much as before) I still have my adult drinks ;) and I don't work out (yet). I have noticed that I do look at food totally different now. It has helped me open my eyes to all kinds of things. It has helped my Dad and my sister. I am so thankful that I tried Ignite and started selling Xyngular. I will explain my Dad's and sister's story tomorrow.

Ultimate Transformation Day 5
Feeling great!! Eating day!
Woke up weighed and measured this morning. Down 2.5 Lbs. and 2.5 inches! Great way to start your day. :)
Took a Xyng with a glass of water and waited about an hour to eat.
For Breakfast I had a glass of Lean with some coffee, a shot of Super Fruit Global Blend and an Axion.
No morning snack
Lunch I had 2 Tuna Fish sandwiches on whole wheat bread and I sprinkled Cheat on them. And took 2 Accelerates after.
I didn't have an afternoon snack today. :(
Dinner I had a small piece of grilled chicken and a small portion of corn.
And before bed I will take 2 Flush with warm water.
Yesterday with work and running around I did not drink nearly enough water. By bedtime I could feel it. One thing I have learned with Ignite is your body speaks to you. You have to learn to listen to it and learn what it is trying to tell you. In this last year I have learned so much from my body. It's a great feeling.
Today was an eating day. Love these days! The hardest part is trying to figure out your calorie intake. A lot of people have said they just do subway on their eating days. I don't have the time or the money to eat out every other day. So I have to count and watch what I eat. I like this better because it opens your eyes to how many calories are in everything. Plus it makes you think, "Is this healthy?". Ignite does turn your body into a fat burning machine but it also reboots your mind into thinking healthy, so when you are done with the program you still think the same and look at things the same.
I have been super proud of me. If you know me, you know that I was so addicted to Pepsi. I couldn't go a day with out at least 2 cans. If we ran out, I was at the store that day. The past year I have noticed I don't crave it. I don't need it. Before I started this round I bought a case and put them in the fridge. Every couple of days I would drink one. So I still have quite a few in there, all cold and ready to drink. And everyday I get into the fridge for my snacks and see them. Not once have I been, "Oh, I want one.".
I'll talk about my insomnia tomorrow.

Ultimate Transformation Day 4
Felt great today!! Today was like day 1 and 2. I'll explain why at the end of the blog. Here is my run down for today's food.
Woke up weighed and measured, down a half a pound and a half an inch! I feel good about this because I know I don't have a lot to lose. As you get closer to your ideal weight, your progress slows a little. But I am still losing so I'm happy with that. I can't wait for the gym part so I can tone and tighten and start making a habit out of eating right. :)

Took a Xyng with a glass of water and waited about an hour for breakfast.
Breakfast was a glass of Lean (I added a little instant coffee again, it is for flavor I don't add enough to really get the rush from it because Xyng does that for me). A shot of Super Fruit Global Blend and an Axion.
Mid-morning snack was a couple of slices of low fat cheese. (I buy Babybel)
For Lunch I had another glass of Lean. Today I add a Xypstix to it. I didn't need to, just wanted to.
I missed my afternoon snack. :( Things got really busy this afternoon and I didn't realize I had missed it until I was at my daughter's t-ball game. I'm not happy with myself.
For dinner today I had another glass of Lean.

So why go back to Lean only day?? I'll explain.
Day 1 and 2 were detox days. There are 3 reasons for these days.
1) To deplete all the carbohydrates in your bloodstream, as well as the muscle stores of carbohydrate, (muscle glycogen), which forces your body into a fat-burning mode instead of a fat-storing mode.
2) Protein-only allows the calories to be very low without losing any muscle tissue. The protein assists in building and maintaining lean muscle tissue which is the most important asset you have for fat burning.
3)When too much insulin is in your system, your body cannot burn fat and this results in fat storage. Protein, unlike carbohydrates, does not contain sugar so it has very little impact on raising insulin levels in the body. Even in as little as two days, the body's cycle of releasing too much insulin is broken and the body can return to a more normal state allowing to get into a fat-burning mode and turn you into a lean, mean, fat-burning machine.
Eating days (like day 3)??
The goal of the Xyngular Ignite Fat Burning System is to get your body burning the stored fat on your body, not the carbohydrates you are eating in your diet. By eating mostly protein all day your body will burn that and keep burning your fat storage to get the energy you need during the day. On eating days you are allowed a lunch between 500-600 calories. You can mainly eat what ever you want but you want to choose something healthy that is low in fat and sugar. Again we want to burn our fat supply not just what we are eating. These days are meant to make you think about what and when you are putting into your body and make you rethink the rest of your life about food.

These days are trying to get you into the habit of eating protein threw out your day. The best way to start your day is with a high-protein breakfast. The Lean shake is a great choice because it contains only 45 calories and will keep you full for 2-3 hours. When you start your day with a high-protein meal, you will have fewer cravings throughout the day, have more energy, and set your body up to be a fat burning machine threw the day!
By going back and forth on these days you will lock your body into a fat burning routine. Your body has a setting in it. It will want to go back to what it is use to. By locking it into this routine it will be harder for it to want to go back. They recommend you do this diet at least 2 weeks in a month. Just so your body will really get it.

By eating mostly protein all day your body will burn that and keep burning your fat storage to get the energy you need during the day. On eating days you are allowed a lunch between 500-600 calories. You can mainly eat what ever you want but you want to choose something healthy that is low in fat and sugar. Again we want to burn our fat supply not just what we are eating. At dinner you have to have just protein only, like chicken, fish, turkey, etc. The reason for this is whatever carbohydrates that are in your system when you go to bed will more than likely be stored as fat. Protein is very difficult for your body to convert to fat. The body will use protein to repair and regenerate muscle tissue and other cells in your body (that's why they say to eat protein after a good workout), leaving nothing to store as fat. A general rule is to eat your carbohydrates early in the day so your body has the chance to use them for energy and stick to protein later in the day and evening. These days are meant to make you think about what and when you are putting into your body and make you rethink the rest of your life about food.
Protein only days (like today)??
These days are trying to get you into the habit of eating protein threw out your day. The best way to start your day is with a high-protein breakfast. The Lean shake is a great choice because it contains only 45 calories and will keep you full for 2-3 hours. When you start your day with a high-protein meal, you will have fewer cravings throughout the day, have more energy, and set your body up to be a fat burning machine threw the day!
By going back and forth on these days you will lock your body into a fat burning routine. Your body has a setting in it. It will want to go back to what it is use to. By locking it into this routine it will be harder for it to want to go back. They recommend you do this diet at least 2 weeks in a month. Just so your body will really get it.

Ultimate Transformation day 3
Today I got to eat!!! I had to say it, I'm so excited! LMAO. So here is my run down of todays food.
Woke up and weighed and measured. Down a half of a pound and 1.5 inches!!
Took a Xyng with a full glass of water and waited about an hour for breakfast.
Breakfast was a shot of Super Fruit Global Blend, an Axion, and a glass of Lean. I like it with a little coffee so I did it again.
No snack today.
Lunch, first I took 2 Cheat +'s and waited about 30 min. Then I cooked up some plain oatmeal and then I had an egg sandwich on whole wheat bread. Lunch needed to be between 500 and 600 calories and high on fiber and protein.
Afternoon snack I had a slice of turkey wrapped around some low fat cheese. I was not very hungry today.
Dinner I had a really small piece of grilled chicken and a little portion of corn.
Before bed I will take 2 flush with warm water.
Yesterday I drank 52 oz. of water again. Still not drinking enough but still a lot for me. I did really good yesterday with not craving things. Pretty proud. Didn't get tired or feel sick. Yesterday I was on the go a lot with my daughter in school half a day and then had to go back for an after school program and then a t ball game last night. Today was not that busy but I got to eat.
This is just the beginning! I can't wait until this first week is over. I start a very demanding work out routine on day 9 and it will last until day 29. I will have to go to the gym everyday and eat a very healthy diet. They give you an example of what you should be eating everyday. I am going to try to follow it to the "T". I hope I can keep up with all of it. Super excited!!!

Today is like yesterday.
Woke up weighed and measured myself. Down 2 lbs. and an inch!!
Took my Xyng with a glass of water and waited about an hour before breakfast.
Today with my Lean I added just a dash of instant coffee (for flavor) and it was really good!! I also had a shot of Super Fruit Global Blend and an Axion.
My mid-morning snack I had some low fat cheese and a slice of Turkey.
For lunch I had another glass of Lean and after I had 2 Accelerate.
After noon snack I had a couple hard boiled eggs.
And for dinner I had another glass of Lean.
Before bed I will take 2 Flush with warm water.
I was very happy with yesterday. I drank 56 oz. of water and for me that is great! But I should be drinking half my body weight in oz. of water so I didn't drink enough. I will get there though. Dinner was hard though. I sat with my family while they eat dinner so we could pray and talk about our day. Dinner smelt so good I just wanted a bit. But I held strong and didn't. Proud!!
Today was easier because for most of the day I was busy and didn't have time to really think about food.

Ultimate Transformation Day 1
This Ignite diet is little different then the last ones. This one goes for 8 days and the eating pattern is different. But some things are the same.
Woke up and weighed and measured myself. Took a Xyng with a glass of water. Waited about an hour and had a shot of Super Fruit Global Blend, an Axion, and a glass of Lean.
I get a morning snack with this diet so I had a few slices of Turkey.
Lunch I had another glass of Lean and after took 2 Accelerates.
I got an afternoon snack. Today I chose a hard boiled egg and some low fat cheese.
Dinner I had another glass of Lean.
Before bed I will take 2 Flush with warm water.
So far today I have been feeling great! Not hungry at all. In fact, I had to force myself to have a brunch snack. One thing is important with this diet is to eat when you are suppose to. Looking forward to the next 28 days. I know it will have it's hard points but with day one basically done, I feel great! :)
