Day 4

Weighed myself and took measurements. Down another .5lb and .5inch.

XYNG with water then wait.
Breakfast was a LEAN shake with a XYPSIX.
Lunch was a LEAN shake
1:00- 2 ACCELERATE
3:00-  Lean snack. Today I had low carb jerky
Dinner- a grilled Chicken breast with a little of vegtables.
Then before bed I will take 2 FLUSH with warm water.
