Ultimate Transformation Day 8!

Today is the last day I do the Ignite diet. I will continue to take the products but follow a different diet plan and work out plan for the next 21 days. I am excited and scared for tomorrow. I have not been to the gym in over a year. And I have to do all of this by myself. If I was not blogging this adventure I don't know if I could stick to it to a "T" by myself. LOL.

Woke up weighed and measured. No change in weight but down a half an inch. Tomorrow I will post total lost on the last week.
Took a Xyng.
Breakfast was a glass of Lean with coffee, a shot of global blend, and an Axion.
I woke up late this morning and had breakfast late so I didn't have a snack.
Lunch was another glass of Lean. I put the baking chocolate in it again. Yum. Then had 2 Accelerate.
Afternoon snack I had a some steak left over from yesterday so I had a small piece of that.
Dinner was another glass of Lean.
Before bed I will take 2 Flush with warm water.

Still not drinking enough water but I am happy with how much I am drinking. Also, super happy about not craving things. I don't want candy or soda. With little kids and all there sugary things around the house, it's good to know I have the will-power to say no thank you. :-)

Not to sure what to really blog about today....

I'm excited to get back to eating regular (well, somewhat) meals again. I won't have to do the Lean only days anymore so that's cool.

I guess more tomorrow. Wish me luck with the gym.

Time released Multi-vitamin! I love this stuff. You can feel it working.

  1. Polymers in the cleaning product used in this process encapsulate or
"crystalise" dirt particles into dry residue after which will be
removed at the end of the process. The attachments and unique design of the
Bissell let you keep your home free of allergens and pet hair.

  2. I personally didn't buy an organic bassinet mattress because my model came with the non-organic variety. Go for baby bassinets that have an easy setup feature to avoid going through the hassle of a difficult setup. Then, when the time comes for the baby to be placed in the crib to sleep, it makes for an easy transition as the bassinet can be placed within the crib until the infant becomes more comfortable in this newer space.

  3. Their products are well designed and manufactured using the best materials and techniques.
Once your clothes have been washed and waterproofed as necessary,
place them in an airtight container and store them in a
location that's dry and out of direct sunlight. Fortunately, these days baby bags come in manly colors and designs.
